BankLoanKart is a platform that connects borrowers with independent loan advisors (DSAs). We are not a bank, a lender, or a financial institution, and we do not guarantee that any lender will approve your loan. The final decision to lend always rests with the lender.
Using BankLoanKart Is Free for Borrowers
You will never be asked to pay BankLoanKart, or any loan advisor working through BankLoanKart, a fee simply to submit an enquiry or to be matched with an advisor. If anyone asks you for money to "process" your enquiry, please report it to us immediately at help@bankloankart.com.

By submitting the enquiry form, you confirm that the information you've given is accurate, and you agree to be contacted by the loan advisor matched to your enquiry and, where relevant, by BankLoanKart.
Loan Advisors
Loan advisors on BankLoanKart are independent businesses, not BankLoanKart employees. They are paid by BankLoanKart once a loan they helped arrange is disbursed — this cost is never passed on to you.
Limitation of Liability
BankLoanKart helps connect you with a loan advisor but is not a party to the loan agreement between you and the lender. We are not responsible for a lender's decision, interest rate, or the terms of any loan you take.
